— No. The transaction can be processed completely remotely, from the selection of the objects and online meetings with the developers, to the contracts and money transfers from anywhere in the world.
— No. There are many ways to transfer funds. Some methods are accept by the developers directly, others are through intermediaries. SWIFT, cryptocurrencies and cash transfers through guarantors are the methods which are mostly used by our clients.
— When you buy a new property, the commission for our work is fully covered by the developer. Regarding the secondary market, agency fees are covered in amount of 2% by the buyer and 2% seller.
— Yes, but not everyone. Approval is given to those who get a sufficient number of “points”. Each bank has its own evaluation criteria. but from a general point of view, everyone looks at the client’s wealth, citizenship, UAE residency and general intentions to open an account.
